Law and Courts

LAW and COURTS
Condensed to the greatest extent possible
is what you need to know about Law and Courts

What is presented on the pages from the links on this page is information that will help you to recognize when you are being subjected to Abuse of Process by Court Officials. Court Officials are those who profit from OUR our Judicial Department of Government. What is more commonly referred to as the Courts.

A Court Official is a public servant. They are Judicial Officials, Court Clerks, and those licensed to practice law in exchange for charging a fee for their services. The Licensed Practitioner is known as an Attorney. Some practice for a salary, paid for by your taxes, - known as public practice - and others are in private practice.

We, the people of Texas, pay them either directly or indirectly through our taxes, for service. But are we getting what we paid for? Are they honoring the Law? Or are they in the game for self-serving purposes alone? To fleece us jointly (as a society) and severally (as Individuals). Knowing what is found from these links will help you to know.
