Birth on the Land of Texas, or our larger Land known as the US of A,
does NOT make you a Texan or an American.
What we are talking about is CHOICE rather than CHANCE
By chance you may have been born in the Land of America (Our United States), and Texas. Therefore you are a Citizen, by chance. We want you to make it a choice to BE an American, and BE a Texan, as well as a Citizen. But before you can make that choice you must know what it means to be a Texan or an American.
Becoming a Texan and an American in SPIRIT
begins with reading, and understanding, our organic law.
That is the Law from our Law-Givers found in the two Declarations of Independence, July 4, 1776 and March 2, 1836.
Texans and Americans are those of a Religion that is in addition to any other Religion they may subscribe to.
It is a RELIGION because Americans take on Faith what the Law Givers (Founders) for the Law of our Land (US of A) referred to as SELF-EVIDENT TRUTH.
Those referred to as the FOUNDERS stand as MOSES does in the Bible.
YES, we believe they were just as inspired by God as Moses was when he gave Law from God to the people of a New Nation known today as Jews, with a New Religion known as Judaism.
The parallels to the Story of Exodus and the establishment of our people - Texans - are remarkable.
Moses Austin “parted” (crossed) the Red River that forms the northern boundary of the Land known as Texas and Oklahoma.
With his exodus from Tennessee were 300 families who established the Austin Colony.
His Son, Stephen F. Austin, was a leader of our Texas war for Independence.
He is one of the Founders of Texas, and our Capital City is named in his honor.
Texans and Americans carry the organic Law of our Land, the Texas Declaration of Independence, and the United States Declaration of Independence, with them in their hearts, wherever they are, and do their best to preserve that Law in our Holy Land known as Texas and the United States of America, while we share it with people not born here. Our Law is NOT a new law. It can be found in the Old & New Testament, and in other religious texts. Our Law-Givers (more commonly referred to as “the Founders” or “Founding Fathers”) are the many who stood as Moses, David, and others do in History of the Jewish Nation. They simply restated the essence of God’s Law and referred to it as “The Laws of Nature and Nature’s God” in the equivalent of the 10 Commandments known THE DECLARATION OF RIGHTS, March 17, 1836. A Declaration that is, today, the First Article of our Texas Constitution titled the Texas Bill of Rights. This Declaration of Rights is based on the same faith and foundation as that which was declared by our Law-Givers on July 4, 1776.
We [TEXANS and AMERICANS] hold these TRUTHS to be SELF-EVIDENT:
Every Human Person has Rights
Government does NOT create Rights
Law does NOT create Rights
RIGHTS of the INDIVIDUAL exist independent of Law and Government
Law is a human creation, a tool, created for the purpose of securing Human Rights
Government is a human creation, created for the purpose of securing The Rights of the Individual.
To secure these Rights, Government, by and through each Actor of Government, must be Law Abiding.
This is known as THE RULE OF LAW.
Only then do we have LIBERTY.
LIBERTY is the PROTECTION of the Law, protecting us, first and foremost, from unlawful acts by government actors (public servants).
Only then can we have JUSTICE.
JUSTICE is EQUAL protection of the Law. You are EQUAL to any government entity and/or its Actors (public servants) in any and every case or controversy.
Unfortunately, some born as Americans do not know this is the definition of AMERICANISM, and what it means to be an American. The definition is found in our UNANIMOUS Declaration of Independence.
Unfortunately, some on our Land of Texas and America think that those employed in government are ABOVE THE LAW. Some develop this belief after a period of time employed in public service at public expense. The begin to believe they, by virtue of their title of employment, have rights, privileges, and immunities but that you and I, employed in the public sector of our economy, paying taxes from which they draw their salary and benefits, are their servants, born with duties, obligations, and responsibilities for which we get only their scorn and oppression in exchange.
LAW AND RELIGION in our LAND
We are dedicated to Promoting Americanism in America. In our Land of Texas these are Texas Values. Texas Values were established around 1836 with the Texas War for Independence. Ours is a political philosophy identical to Americanism. Both Texas Values and Americanism were brought into being by a blood sacrificed to the laws of nature and nature’s God by the blessed Founders, the Law-Givers, who gave us the Organic Law for our Holy Land. Both stand on the foundation of self-evident truths. Truths revealed in the Bible and illuminated for us by the Christ.
First and foremost among the self-evident truths is the Truth that every human is endowed with inherent, inalienable, Rights. As inherent and inalienable, these Rights remain with the human person for eternity. No other person, artificial or real, can lawfully deprive a human of these Rights by ANY process of law of government. The Laws of Man do NOT create Rights. The Rights of the Individual are god-given. They come from the Laws of God. Human Laws, written in Constitutions, in Statutes made pursuant to a Parliament, Congress, or Legislature created by a Constitution, and private law between individuals known as a contract, secure Rights.
The Texas Declaration of Independence, dated March 2, 1836, referred to these rights as “inherent and inalienable” and of “inestimable value”.
Our Mission is to advance the cause of AMERICANISM in the land of its Birth, known as the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, and TEXAS by educating and enlightening our people. Our people are ALL the people on the Land known as the 50 States and other territories our Nation has possession of. The Law-Givers for our Land of Texas gave the necessity for this in 1836:
it is an axiom in political science, that unless a people are educated and enlightened, it is idle to expect the continuance of civil liberty, or the capacity for self government. Texas Declaration of Independence; March 2, 1836.
Americanism is a political philosophy, a Religion, and THE LAW, in the Land known as the United States of America. There are many enemies of Americanism in our Country (our United States). Many, if not most, citizens of our Country, our United States, have been blinded by demagoguery (clever use of words). As a result, they do not recognize the enemies in their midst.
