Conservative Judges? Those that apply the law according to the wants of their favored special interests. Be they Republicans, Conservatives, Big Business, the Wealthy, the Authoritarians.

Liberal Judges? Those that apply the law according to the wants of their favored special interests. Be they Democrats, Liberals, Minorities, the Poor, the Totalitarians.

 NO!
Judges that put America First

by putting the Law First!

Judges that understand we are a nation that is united by LAW and will remain united only as long as the LAW is properly applied. This requires they recognize and honor the HIERARCHY of Laws with the CONSTITUTION AS THE SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND limiting their power and establishing their first duty as a check on the power of the other branches, and all employed in all branches of government

This requires Judges that will humble themselves before the law as is their first duty as servants of WE THE PEOPLE. Our nation must have, and our Constitution requires, Judges who will apply the law in accordance with the hierarchy of laws. That means they recognize the First Law of the founding of this nation as EQUALITY UNDER THE LAW beginning with the DECLARATION  of INDEPENDENCE and
the CONSTITUTION
as the will of the people. That means they recognize they, and all, in every branch of government, are BOUND by the Constitution and their authority is LIMITED whether they like it or not.

That means they recognize that WE THE PEOPLE are the ONLY sovereigns in this nation under the RULE OF LAW. Only WE THE PEOPLE can change the Constitution and we will, as we have done in the past, when and if needed BUT ONLY ACCORDING TO THE PROCEDURE MANDATED BY THE CONSTITUTION. Changes by fiat of Judges of the Supreme Court, by fiat of the President and Attorney General (exec branch) as well as by Congress, are treasonous acts of enemy combatants within our government. As Bush said, concerning people who have an opinion different, from his “You are either with us or against us” and “we will hunt you down regardless of what country (or position in our government) you may be hiding in.”

The Agent Provocateurs that influence our media have presented to us the illusion that WE THE PEOPLE have only two choices. They have manipulated the media to convince the populace to support the Authoritarian of the conservatives or to support the Totalitarians of the liberals. Underlying each is implicit theme that Liberty and Security are mutually exclusive. Both claim to offer security at the expense of liberty. Both are a fallacy.

You cannot have security without liberty and
you will not have liberty without security

THERE IS ANOTHER CHOICE

IT IS CALLED THE RULE OF LAW !
