All Should and Must know the Law. It is the best way to avoid the expensive and trying ordeal of going to court. All should and must take action before a situation arises where you have been made the next victim of what has become a racket. Knowing the Law, Abiding by the Law, WILL NOT keep you from being a victim dragged into court by the unscrupulous cop, gov. employee, hired gun of a bus competitor, or the like.

If You Must Go to Court:

First
Hire the services of an attorney - or NOT.
If you can afford to. Increasingly people who can afford
to hire an attorney are refusing to hire an attorney.
This is, increasingly, necessary, if you are to Protect, and Enforce, your Rights. This is almost a must in cases where
a government employee has decided to abuse their position
to give you a expensive "ride" even though you will appear to win the case. You will NOT win because the public servant who violated the trust placed in them will NOT be punished in any way, your attorney will be richer, you will be poorer, and you will still have an arrest record that will oppress you even after you are exonerated from the unlawful charge brought against you. You will find NO attorney willing to go against them for the Redress and Remedy necessary to restore you to your prior position.

Second
If you do hire one do NOT trust your attorney.

You must know the law for yourself. Why? Very simply. Almost all attorneys are are practice Law solely to make money for their selves. They want to get as much as they can for each hour of their time spent in  their practice. You and your problems are a second priority. As 'Officers of the Court' their first priority is to maintain their relationship with the other in the 'system' that extorts and plunders those of us who are contributing to Nation, providing a valuable service to the public, through private enterprise - that is, from outside the system intended to protect us but now oppresses and plunders us. So you must Always MAINTAIN CONTROL of your Case in YOUR court!

Third
Educate Your attorney. Begin with the basics.
Refresh yourself on the foundation of Law as it is intended to be
in the United States of America then INSIST it be followed.
Be ready to take the case on your own if, more likely 'when', your attorney joins with your adversary and the Judge, against you.

Fourth
NEVER, EVER, TRUST A JUDGE
The majority, particularly in the State of Texas, became a Judge by catering to the whims of police PACS and agent provocateurs of political activists paid by government agencies. They acquired their position by proving themselves the most corrupt and corruptible.

Enter the doors on this page or below for a quick synopsis. Completely and thoroughly read the Constitution of the United States and your State Constitution.

Fifth
Know How and Where to Complain
The majority of us do not know we can complain or where to complain when the Judge, the Government Attorney, or Our own Attorney, violates their fiduciary duty to us and the trust of the public. Write to us and we will provide you with guidance.

Law is now easily accessed and available for free on the Internet through State and Federal Government websites. Not long ago you would have been required to expend large sums to purchase all the various "Codes". The Codes you need for the State of Texas are available at this link STATUTES. However; we recommend you start with the basics presented here through
