The fallacies of the arguments promoted by both Authoritarians, on the Right, and Totalitarians on the Left
The Authoritarians of the Conservative, or Republican, agent provocateurs say; “give up all your civil rights and we will build a government that will protect your bodily safety and your property rights from the criminals". Only a government under the control of the wealthy elite, or “moral” religion, with all willing to submit to our chosen “authorities” can protect you. Implicit in their message is that all of your fellow Americans are criminals! This leads to mistrust and polarization that destroys the unity of the nation. It is a false argument full of fallacies. It is an argument that serves only self-serving government employees, as "authorities" and their kleptocrat bosses. (Kleptocrat - those that use government to steal from the public)
The Totalitarians of the Liberal, or Democrat, agent provocateurs say; “give up all your property rights and we will build a government that will protect you from businesses and share the wealth". They promise to take away the civil rights of the “other” groups to advance your groups’ safety and economic interests at the other's expense. The Fallacy of the argument is that the taking of civil rights from any one group (classified by race, religion, economic status, etc.) is a loss of civil rights for their group as well. It is a false argument that, contrary to the promise of true equality, polarizes people by placing a label on all and dividing all into competing groups. It, too, is an argument that serves only self-serving government employees and kleptocrat bosses. (Kleptocrat - those that use government to steal from the public)
Lost
in the presentation of a choice between only an Authoritarian or Totalitarian
path is the truth
established as the FIRST LAW of the United States in our Declaration of
Independence.
Both steal the life, liberty, property, and pursuit of happiness that are the God-Given, Self-Evident, right of each and every individual. They do so for the purpose of maintaining their position as a thief hidden behind the COLOR of Law while denying you, me, and all, the "EQUAL STATION TO WHICH THE LAWS OF NATURE AND OF NATURE'S GOD" entitle us.
That is: EGALITARIANISM - Equal Social, Political and Economic Rights!
Both paths benefit the government agencies that are providing the agent
provocateurs who set up, or infiltrate and control, and even secretly finance
with government funds, both Authoritarian and Totalitarian advocates. Both the Republican Party, the Democratic
Party, and all groups of concerned citizens of either a “conservative” or
“liberal” persuasion involved in the making of public policy are at minimum
influenced, if not controlled, by secret agent provocateurs paid by a government
agency at the direction of special interests that benefit from the theft and
oppression of YOU. They are stealing your liberty in exchange for an illusion of
security. They are stealing your security in exchange for an illusion of
liberty.
All with the false argument liberty and security are
mutually exclusive!
This false argument of the greedy,
selfish, and the ignorant has been the downfall of every government in history!
Our
Constitution requires that ALL branches of Government, beginning with the Judges
as the appointed check on Constitutional Compliance, apply the law to all, for
all, EQUALLY, as written by OUR chosen representatives providing the laws so
written are in compliance with the LAW of the CONSTITUTION as the Supreme Law of
the Land. Only then can we have EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER THE LAW.
Only then will we have both Security and
Liberty.
We must counter the propaganda leading the
people to believe that Liberty and Security are mutually exclusive.
History has proven, as those who wrote our Declaration of
Independence and Constitution knew, YOU CANNOT HAVE SECURITY WITHOUT LIBERTY
AND YOU CANNOT HAVE LIBERTY WITHOUT SECURITY. They are inter-dependent and
can be secured ONLY by the Rule of Law rather than Rule by Titles of Nobility.
