The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals covers three States:
Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.

These 3 states have the world renowned reputation of;
The Highest Incarceration Rate in the entire world and possibly the highest to ever exist in the entire history of humanity.
That is: A greater percentage of people living in these states are in prison than any place else in the world!

The reputation of these States for convicting the innocent is now known around the world! (Read Recent Statistics)

While Both Enron and Worldcom were created in, and flourished, from these states! This is NOT a coincident.

The Truth, ignored and downplayed by our media, consolidated and owned by a few who benefit from oppression, extortion, and plunder of the rest of us, cannot continue to hide the glaring facts. National and International Media have exposed them and brought dishonor on us, the citizens of these States, who have allowed this to continue. Procedural Policy & Practice has replaced the Law.  The Judges in and under this Circuit create it, call it Law, then utilize it to disenfranchise us, the people, from the Law and from OUR Courts. We look to explain the how & why. We provide the means for EXPOSURE of the traitors they have allowed to flourish and prosper from dishonor for political power or economic gain at YOUR expense, costing YOU your dignity, property, and safety.
