door to	next page	Understanding The How A clear pattern of usurpation to deny THE PEOPLE their power: Deny people their Rights by giving members of the Judicial Branch absolute power to be unaccountable to the law. Make the 'title' of Judge a "Titled of Nobility" (Note: this is prohibited by Article I of the Constitution) Take power away from the people's representatives, the legislative branch, through nonsensical, biased, "interpretation" of the clear meaning and intent of this, the only true, law- making branch. A mild euphemism for these acts of treason is "judicial activism". Give power to the bureaucrats of the Executive Branch to enforce the law in whatever fashion is most oppressive to the people, those not members of the "ruling class" are de-facto "peasants" that are not entitled to the protection of the law. Grant bureaucrats "immunity", or protection through favorable procedural policy and biased rulings to convert positions of public servants into "Titles of Nobility". Thus destroying the power of the People, YOUR SOVEREIGNTY, that was intended to be maintained by a system of checks and balances. Reminder of the Basis of OUR law Both the Declaration of Independence, our First Law, and the Constitution, vehicle for enforcement of the First Law, have been subjected to a pattern of increasing usurpation, a taking of power, by the Judicial Branch of OUR government by elitists in both the State and Federal Judiciary. We must, and now can, identify these Judges and have them removed for their treasonous violation of their Oath of Office. The First Law is EQUALITY of all individuals. Without equal treatment in the Courts there can not be any Justice. The First Purpose, Intent, of the Constitution is to be a vehicle for enforcement of Equality by establishing a Nation Under the Rule of Law, NOT titles.. All Judicial Officers are required by the Constitution to be BOUND to support this Constitutional Mandate of Equality. THE PEOPLE ARE SUPREME UNDER THE SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND!
