   Who is Your God when in Court?

Most people profess to be Christians, or followers of a religion that believes in a higher power. BUT; when they are in a Courtroom they loose their religion and allow a human in a black robe to become their God. The Truth, the Facts of the Case, and the Law, are all lost as the Judge becomes the sole determinant of  the facts and the law. The door is opened to corruption.

The Duty of a Judge is clearly defined in the United States. Their title comes with a duty that grants far less discretionary power than is commonly believed. It is almost entirely a ministerial duty. That is; their duty is not to “judge”. Their duty is monitor the proceedings to insure proper administration of the law. Then, to order the enforcement of the Law. The name for the position, the “title” of Judge, is a misnomer in the United States. Why? This is because the duty of a Judge is primarily, as well as first and foremost, one of insuring NON-judgment so that the integrity of the WRITTEN Law, beginning with the Constitution, is maintained. This is the only means by which we, the people, can maintain our position of sovereignty over any and all of title.

This is the defining deference between American Law and the Common Law of England prior to the Revolution. "Immunity" for those possessing a Title is a philosophy of Law we rejected in 1776, again in 1868, and, again, in the Nuremburg Trials of 1948.

 This duty of non-judgment is why we hear Judges, including the Justices of United States Supreme Court, speak only of “interpretation”. Their duty is not to “judge” either the law, or the facts, but to insure the proper application of the correct interpretation of the law. Their "Opinions" are NOT law!!

So we must carefully define what the Law is. Before we can identify corruption among the Judiciary we must have a firm definition on what the Law is.

 To make sure we are clear we start with God. To understand Law you must have a correct understanding of the relationship between God and Humans.

 GOD CREATED NATURE – FROM THIS COMES THE LAWS OF NATURE. This is pure science as these laws are not in writing but are only observable through the human senses. These senses are then subject to the bias and prejudice of our brains of limited intellect. An intellect that is, and will always be, of less capability than that of God. What we know of God’s Laws, or the Laws of Nature, as absolute truth, is limited and will always be tainted to some degree by our personal interpretation of what our senses tell us and what we choose to discern, filter, or believe of what our senses tell us. Therefore; we must conclude:

 HUMANS CREATED LAWS – FROM THIS COMES THE LAWS OF MAN. This is purely dependent upon communications from one human to another, or group, of humans. These can constitute verbal orders or written orders we call LAW. Arbitrary Law is ILLEGAL in the United States of America!

 It is extremely important to understand this concept. Humans have, throughout history, been confused and deceived by those who claim that what they say or write is God’s Law. It is NOT. Regardless of which religious text you choose to follow the fact remains that in the United States God’s Law is not the Supreme “Law” or the “Law of the Land” when you are before a Judge in the United States. Our Constitution is God's Law here.

This may offend you; or, you might choose to consider the conclusion that God is of the spirit and creates without the use of words. Humans create words to try to understand what it is that God has communicated to humans through the spirit that humans share with God. Irregardless; All Judges in the United States, regardless of their personal religious philosophy, must perform their duties, that is; operate, or function, accordingly.

 OUR JUDGES ARE NOT GODS OR GOD’S SERVANTS. THEY ARE OUR SERVANTS GIVEN A DUTY, BY US, AND FROM US, TO PERFORM THE DUTY OF SUPPORTING THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION AND THE INFERIOR LAWS, WHICH ARE CONSISTENT WITH, OR DO NOT INFRINGE UPON, THE SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND, FOUND IN THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE.

ANYTHING LESS IS ARBITRARY LAW
AND AN ACT OF TREASON.

MAN CREATED LAWS – FROM THIS COMES THE LAWS OF HUMANS

OUR JUDGES ARE NOT GODS OR GOD’S SERVANTS

JUDGES ARE OUR SERVANTS GIVEN A DUTY.

The Law has, throughout history, been utilized for one of two purposes:

To Oppress and Punish
OR
To Liberate and Protect

OUR CONSTITUTION IS VERY CLEAR ON THIS POINT -

THE DUTY OF ANY JUDGE IN THE UNITED STATES IS TO APPLY THE LAW TO

LIBERATE
&
PROTECT

Those that subvert our Constitution are Traitors

If honorable they would change the Constitution by the lawful process of amendment, or go to another nation established under a different Constitution
