 We want Judges that put America First

HOW? We want Judges that understand we are a nation that is united by LAW and will remain united only as long as the LAW is properly applied. This requires the recognize and honor the HEIRARCHY of Laws. Only by putting WE THE PEOPLE first can a Judge put America, our nation, first.

 This requires Judges that will humble themselves before the law as is their first duty as servants of WE THE PEOPLE. We want Judges who will apply the law in accordance with the hierarchy of laws. That means they recognize the First Law of the founding of this nation as EQUALITY under THE LAW beginning with the CONSTITUTION as the will of the people. That means they recognize they are BOUND by the Constitution and their authority is LIMITED by the Constitution whether they like it or not. That means they recognize that WE THE PEOPLE are the only sovereigns in this nation under the RULE OF LAW. Only WE THE PEOPLE can change the Constitution and we will, as we have done in the past, when and if needed.

 That means they apply the law to all, for all, EQUALLY, as written by OUR chosen representatives providing the laws so written are in compliance with the LAW of the CONSTITUTION. Only then can we have EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER THE LAW.
