The State of Texas has a
State Commission on Judicial Conduct
There website is  www.scjc.state.tx.us

HOWEVER: As tends to be the case, with government operated checks on government, the State Commission has not provided a sufficient check on Misconduct by Judges in the State of Texas.

TO THE CONTRARY: The State Commission tends to act as a shield to protect our Servants, hired to serve us, in the Office of Judge. The existence of the Commission provides an illusion there is oversight when, in fact, the members of the commission are political appointees with a vested interest in acting to cover-up, hide, misconduct or risk retribution from those individuals and special interests with political power.

THEREFORE: We encourage you to file your complaint with us, using the form that follows, as well as submitting a complaint to the State Commission on Judicial Conduct.

BEFORE filing a complaint we recommend you review the Oath of Office and Cannon of Ethics provided next:
