Law does not truly exist in reality if not enforced.  It is merely words that provide an imaginary comfort, an illusion of security, to those that rely upon it. For real security (rather than oppression disguised as security) it is necessary to understand the flow of authority in making law real through enforcement. Choose how you define America:

AMERICA DEFINED PRIOR TO 1776

The people of the land we call America was occupied by a variety of  people of different ethnic backgrounds united only by the force of England's police power.

Authority, or "LAW", flowed as follows:

THE KING AS SOVEREIGN:
“Divine Right from God to Rule”
Absolute Power - Despotic Discretion
to regulate the affairs among individuals
within his realm with arbitrary, unwritten, unspecified, Law. All are subject to ("subjects of") the King's arbitrary rule as The Supreme Law.

According to the Dictate of the King
No Freedom of Religion
God was defined by the King who chose
the religion and worked in conspiracy with
the church leaders to impose it upon the people

TITLES OF NOBILITY
The Nobles, appointed by birth, governed at the will of the King. They can create laws limited only by the discretion of the King. The Law was arbitrary and applied selectively according to social status.

The people of England
 subject to both written and arbitrary law (unknown & unwritten laws) imposed by King & Nobles

Governors
Appointed by King to Rule parts of
 American Continent and Peoples there

The Solders of England as the Police
with  discretion of enforcement only limited by the Governor

The people of American Colonies
subject to absolute discretion, arbitrary rule, of King of England, His appointed Governors, and the discretion of the Soldiers as Police.

THE PEOPLE HAD NO RIGHTS!

American was composed of the Native peoples, people who left England and other nations in Europe to escape Government Restrictions on Religion or tyranny, and people brought from Africa by a few people who sought to profit from exploitation of others for the benefit of themselves and the nation of England.

They all lived under a form of controlled anarchy with the King a law unto himself. It was a form of slavery of all known a Feudalism with the Nobles as overseers . It was like the old confederate states where some African-Americans had privileges if they were willing to be overseers in helping the Master, their owner, to oppress other slaves.

The King, as Supreme Slave Master, was subject only to voluntary compliance with the moral admonishments of the Archbishop of the Church of England or, elsewhere, the Pope. It did not work and brought dishonor on the Church. This is why we, in the United States, established a Nation Under God but with Freedom of Religion whereby God is defined according the the conscious of the sovereign individual and whatever church they choose, or choose not, to belong.

ALL were slaves under England's rule
but the privileged elite who acted as overseers, had more privileges. Human Rights did not exist.
Feudalism is "trickle down economics" and
"trickle down" political power.

Our system is a "trickle up" political and economic system with the people as Kings and Consumers with freedom of choice!

RESTORE OUR RIGHTS

The people, through their Freedom of Assembly,  in Churches, Synagogues, and Mosques, in Groups of any name, can and must, in the same way that political parties do, exercise their right to oversee their government to insure it 1) complies with the Constitution, and 2) remains ethical in the enactment and enforcement of laws that flow from the collective moral consciousness of the sovereign individuals through their elected representatives in the creation of statutes and enforced by their elected executives in an equal and moral way. The Judiciary Branch has been delegated the authority, and the duty, to do this for us. But too many in the Judiciary have chosen to disregard the Constitution and all other limitations on their authority. They have chosen instead to treat the majority of us as peasants while bestowing noble titles on others whom they allow to act above the law. Therefore the people must intervene and exercise our  authority, as sovereigns, to take back OUR courts.

THE PEOPLE AS SOVEREIGN INDIVIDUALS:

Individuals, regardless of status, may regulate their own affairs and interactions with other sovereign individuals as equals. "Equal Station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitles" (1st paragraph of Declaration of Independence) This goal of "equal justice under the law" was expressed as the purpose of the Declaration of Independence thus creating Equal Justice Under Law as the First Law

CONSTITUTION
Established as the Supreme Law, as a Contract among the people to established government as a means to enforce Contracts, beginning with this Contract (“Social Compact”) called the Constitution as the means to make the First Law, Equal Justice, a reality. All are subject  to ("subjects of") the Law, as written, in the Constitution. All Arbitrary Law was abolished. All Individuals became equal as subjects of the Law of the Constitution and Law as created through the legal processes established by it and ONLY INDIVIDUALS HAVE RIGHTS. Everything else is a title by GRANT with a corresponding DUTY. Judges have no rights as Judge but do have a duty to perform.

Checks and Balances
To maintain the integrity of the Contract the people established a Government of three separate branches with the first duty of each to be a check on compliance of other branches with the Constitution as the Supreme Law of the Land. The intent of this check is to insure the sovereignty of the people as the only legitimate parties to this agreement. Thus establishing a
Nation under the Rule of Law
(Written Law as opposed to Arbitrary Law)
THE PEOPLE remain ultimate "check"

Legislative Branch
Federal Statutory Law
Lesser Laws are established by the people through elected representatives These are inferior to, in fact void if they conflict, with the Constitution and it's limitations.

Executive Branch
For Law Enforcement
This Branch has the duty to enforce all laws, equally, including enforcement for violation of laws by people employed in other branches or in this branch as our hired servants we call "law enforcement" not "police".

State Constitution
These laws must comply with the limitations of the United States Constitution and Federal Laws. They Establish additional Rights for ALL Individuals in that State and established the mechanics of government for that State. Their must be Equitable in spirit and application to be consistent with the First Law - Equality Under the Law - of the U. S. Constitution.

State Statutes
Lesser Laws are established by the people through elected representatives (Legislative Branch). Subject to Both Federal and State Constitutions and cannot exceed the limitations of these higher laws.

Local Laws
established by County, City, etc. governments
Articles of Inc., Ordinances, Building Codes, Etc.

TO GIVE THE PEOPLE BOTH
FREEDOM AND SECURITY
promised by the protection of the law,
equally applied, for the benefit of all.

NOTE:
The Judicial Branch
HAS NO LAW MAKING AUTHORITY
They have a duty to order the enforcement of  the HIERARCHY OF LAWS
maintaining the Constitution as Supreme Law.

Only "We The People" can change the Constitution
