Are YOU an American?

Do YOU want LIBERTY?

Do YOU want DEMOCRACY?

Do YOU want a REPUBLICAN FORM of Government?

The desire for LIBERTY, DEMOCRACY, and a REPUBLICAN FORM OF GOVERNMENT, is the definition of an AMERICAN. These are the three components of AMERICANISM.

But before you can answer these questions, to know if you truly are an American, you need to know What Liberty is, What Democracy is, and what a Republican Form of Government is.

Birth on the Land (the US of A) does NOT make you an American and a Texan.

Birth on this Land, or Naturalization, may make you a Citizen, but your beliefs, values, internal convictions displayed in outward commitments - not simply by words but by deeds and actions - determine who and what you are. (click blue text to hyperlink to more info)

Odd as it may seem, there are many Americans around the world who are not of this land and are not citizens of the United States, while at the same time there are many of this land, who are citizens of this land. They profess a loyalty to Americanism, to our Law and System of Laws, to our System of Government, but then act contrary to the interests of Americans, our Legal System, and our Government. They need education or to be exposed for who they really are.

Americans are those of a Religion that is in addition to any other Religion they may subscribe to. I call it a RELIGION because Americans take on Faith what the Law Givers for the Law of our Land (US of A) referred to as SELF-EVIDENT.

We [AMERICANS] hold these TRUTHS to be SELF-EVIDENT:

Every Human Person has Rights

Government does NOT create Rights

Law does NOT create Rights

RIGHTS of the INDIVIDUAL exist independent of Law and Government

Law is a human creation, a tool, created for the purpose of securing Human Rights

Government is a human creation, created for the purpose of securing Human Rights

Where written in Constitution Law, and by Statutory Law as additional protect, these are referred to as Civil Rights

LIBERTY IS YOUR RIGHT TO HAVE THE LAW PROTECT YOU !!!

LIBERTY IS YOUR RIGHT TO HAVE LAW PROTECT YOU FROM GOVERNMENT ACTORS

Unfortunately, many born as Americans do not know this IS the definition of AMERICANISM, and what it means to be an American. The definition is found in our UNANIMOUS Declaration of Independence, dated July 4, 1776;

We hold these truths to be self-evident,

(1) that all Humans are created equal,

 (2) that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. --

(3) That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Humanity, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed

AMERICANISM is the
Supreme Law of the Land

It MANDATES that ALL recognize:

1) that GOD (or Nature's God) is the SOURCE of RIGHTS

2) that ONLY the individual Human Person has RIGHTS

3) that these RIGHTS are unalienable / inherent.

There is LOGIC (aka Reason) to support these truths. They do not need to be taken on Faith. But the Law-Givers for this Nation of People, known as Americans, chose to refer to these as simply SELF-EVIDENT TRUTHS and all who made a blood sacrifice to establish this Political Philosophy, took it on FAITH, based on a spiritual belief, a feeling, in the core of their being, and it, therefore, constitutes a Religion.

"self-evident" means no further proof is needed to establish these facts as truths..
Yet some will ask; on what authority is this presented as Truth?
This was address by those that established this as the identity, and the definition, of this Nation;
the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them
(See paragraph 1 of the Declaration)

It was this statement, this LAW, as the Supreme Law of the Land, that defined and identified the Nation established by it.

A NATION is a PEOPLE who share a common identity. Americans are those identify themselves as believers of, and advocates for, these self-evident truths.

The Individuals that choose to accept this as the supreme Law of the Land are known as Americans. Those that fought, and fight, for the establishment of this Law on this Land were and are known as Patriots.

Our Nation began on a LAND, known by the name of the United States of America. The Land (our Country) that began with 13 Colonies, renamed after the establishment of a government to preserve this, "the Blessing of Liberty", as 13 States, have now been joined by many other States and many Peoples here.

July 4, 1776 was NOT the end of the Revolution. This was the beginning. It took many years of struggle to win the battle against those, then identified as Tories, who were opposed to these fundamental Truths. The battle is still being waged today. There are many on our Land, even in positions of Public Trust, who are OPPOSED to Americanism. They want to redefine our Nation, our People, our Country. They are counter-revolutionaries attempting to impose upon us a different political philosophy and Faith. They seek to re-establish the Divine Right of Kings to enslave us.

WE ARE WINNING in our war against them!
but we MUST continue to fight the counter-revolutionaries
We the People NEVER gave consent to Godless, Lawless, Government Actors who claim that their position of Public Trust entitled them to
to deprive a single one of us of our Unalienable Rights and our Right to be EQUAL to Artificial Persons employed as our Public Servants in any of the divisions of our government - be it Executive, Legislative or Judicial.
