RIGHTS ARE ABOVE THE LAW
 Rights are inherent as self-evident truths that do NOT have to be earned and cannot be taken away. To thwart usurpation; some of these Rights of the Individual were codified in this Contract. These are Human Rights codified (written) as Civil Rights to provide a foundational base as a minimum standard for Equality under the Law. Civil Rights do NOT limit human rights. These are "retained by the people" (Art. X of the Bill of Rights).

Amendments to the Constitution
The Constitution can be Changed by agreement of the parties to the contract in accordance to the terms of the Contract. These are called Constitutional Amendments Enacted by processes established by the Constitution. You can work to change it. Only by this means can the enforcement of Your Rights be Limited. Limit your own freedom if you like, But; the integrity, honor, and UNITY of the nation requires that ALL honor the Rights secured by the Constitution until it is changed by lawful process.
