Our List

This is our List of Legislators worthy of mention

THE GOOD:

Kelly Hancock, Representative from District 91: A letter from a legislator acknowledging contact from a Citizen is simple, yet a powerful sign of dedication to the public. The first letter of this session was from the Honorable Representative Kelly Hancock. 1-20-09

Jerry Madden, The first this session to contact Informed Citizen with an emailed request for additional information in response to matters we brought to the attention of all legislators. 1-23-09.

Beverly Wooley, represents the Exec. Director of Informed Citizens. He lives in her district. Her staff, under her Chief Tessa, have always been pleasant, kind, and considerate. They have taken action in service to this Constituent.

All of the following are on the GOOD list for SB 780 ; a bill that lifts the hood that those serving in our Texas Supreme Court have used to hide their identity when acting contrary to the Law of our Land.

DISSAPPOINTMENTS:

Dan Patrick: The Executive Director of Informed Citizens lives in State Senate District 7. The Office of Senator for this district has been trusted to the care and management of Dan Patrick. Numerous letters by email and fax to this Office, and a personal visit, have, to date, been ignored or the matter not properly addressed. Rather, a shifting of responsibility and a shirking of duty has been the response.

A person who assumes the position of Senator or Representative has accepted a duty to provide representation and assistance to a Citizen in that district in any matter the Citizen has with the Executive & Judicial Divisions of the STATE operating on our Land of Texas.
A Senator represents the Citizen, as an Individual, as well as the people of the District. This is a function of a Legislator that comes with the duty of office along with the privilege to work with other Legislators in the making of public law and policy for our government operating on our Land of Texas.
Our Tax Dollars provide an ample amount to each Legislative Office for sufficient staff to assist each Legislator with the duty to represent the Citizen of the district with matters that involve the Executive and Judicial Departments of State government.
