Our Nation began when We the People Declared our Independence. We the People then established
The Supreme Law called the Constitution as a vehicle to secure our independence and provide a means to maintain Unity and Peace among ourselves through a system designed to secure
Equal Justice Under the Law.

Preamble - The Foundation Rock of All our Laws:
"We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."

Therein is what is known as the Establishment Clause by which judicial powers are conferred by grant of title from us with a duty to LIMIT the exercise of discretionary authority by grant of title,
to SUPPORT THIS CONSTITUTION as the
SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND

ARTICLE VI

"judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several states, shall be bound by oath or affirmation, to support this Constitution"

"This Constitution, and the laws which shall be made in pursuance thereof; shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby"
