LACK OF AUTHORITY AND ANARCHY There has been a breakdown of
authority It is openly, flagrantly, routinely disregarded. The citizens have been left without protection They are not protected by the government, are not allowed to protect themselves, are not allowed to secure Justice from the connected and wealthy who rob Billions from Millions. The purpose of law is to guide the actions of citizens so they may all live and prosper in peace. The average Citizen today have no guide while a few with connections and wealth are free to steal. We are told "ignorance of the law is no excuse" But The Law has become meaningless. How can the citizens know the boundaries of their actions, when the law is arbitrarily applied? How can they secure justice when those with enough influence purchased with ill-gotten gains can benefit from the Enron, Worldcom, S&L frauds, etc., and be free from any consequences for their crimes! |
This
is the legacy of THE All citizens who have served on jury duty have been
told by the Judge they are not to read the law. They are only to look to
the Judge for the law. The Judge then presents the law in whatever
arbitrary manner is politically expedient. Talk to any lawyer who has spent time in the
Fifth Circuit. We’ve talked to many and they all say the same. The
hierarchy of the law has been turned upside down with conviction and
oppression the primary objective of our Courts. Those who convict the
innocent and oppress the less affluent, get the rewards, the accolades,
and move up the Judicial ladder. Dirty tricks, concealing
evidence and testimony, hiding and suppressing the truth, are openly
promoted. The poor go to jail while the wealthy and
connected are free to steal Billions and even commit murder. |

QUANTITY OF CONVICTIONS, of the innocent and

DOES NOT EQUATE TO QUALITY OF JUSTICE
when crimes by people in positions of wealth & trust go unpunished.
