The FOUNDATION, the PREMISE, of ALL law for people on our Holy Land of Texas is this:

The People of Texas, as INDIVIDUALS, have Rights, Privileges, and Immunities.

The STATE (government), and its ACTORS (public servants), have duties, obligations, and responsibilities.

This is clear and unambiguous to any who know our Organic Law for our Land of Texas.

ORGANIC LAW is the Foundation for ALL other Law operative on our Land of Texas.

All the people of Texas need to become familiar with our Organic Law. There are many drawing regular compensation and benefits from our taxes, pretending to be our servants and pretending to provide a service to us, the public, but they do NOT because they are opposed to our Organic Law. They believe, and want you to believe, that by virtue of their title of employment on the taxpayer dime, they alone have rights, privileges, and immunities while the taxpayers who provide them with their income and benefits have no rights, no privileges, no immunities. Only duties, obligations, and the responsibility to pay taxes and fines that they impose upon us.

It is a paradigm reversal. A "paradigm" is a system.
Ours has become, in practice, A system turned upside down from its original intent.
A system operating in practice in opposition to the very purpose for its creation and existence.

WHO is responsible for this?
The very people that we, the public, have trusted to be honorable.

The lack of honor, ethics, and personal integrity of Texas Judges and Government Attorneys is SHOCKING !
And totally unacceptable. This MUST be addressed.
ALL of the taxpayers of our State are their VICTIMS, indirectly,
statistically it is now inevitable that YOU, and your family, will be DIRECT victims, at some point in time.

Some of our citizens have joined together to bring attention to the ABUSE OF PROCESS by Attorneys who operate in the private sector.

The objective of INFORMED CITIZENS is to bring attention to the ABUSE OF PROCESS by Attorneys who operate in the public sector.

Our Texas and US Economy is divided into two economies. There is the private sector, this is where private citizens and business provide goods and services to the economy. Then there is the public sector. The public sector is where a monopoly, known as government, provides goods and services to the people who pay for these goods and services with their tax dollars. Those employed in government entities, by election, appointment, or hire, are public sector employees known as public servants. The purpose for the creation of LAW is to protect us, the private citizen, from our public servants. A secondary function of law is to protect us from our fellow private citizens and other people, domestic or foreign..

Public Sector Attorneys have brought our Judicial Department of Government, also known as our COURTS, into disrepute.

Our Judicial Officials are responsible for this. They have refused to hold government employed attorneys accountable to the law.

Judicial Officials, right on up to those serving in the highest courts on our land, have neglected and refused to do their legal and fiduciary duty.

Not only have they refused to hold these servants accountable to the laws that govern their position of public trust, many of them have even aided and abetted them in depriving us, the people of Texas, the citizen of our State, of the benefit of the Liberty and Justice they are paid, and have a duty, to provide in exchange for the regular compensation they receive from the public treasury funded by our tax dollars.

INFORMED CITIZENS is working to make our Legislative Department of government for our Land of Texas aware of this malfeasance and working with our legislature to address this lack of honor public sector Attorneys and Judicial Officials.

Fundamental to our system of Law and Government is the Right secured by our Constitution to DUE PROCESS OF LAW.

Incredibly, there are Attorneys and Judges who are of the opinion and belief that we, the people of Texas, the citizen, are subject to PROCESS, but NOT to a process governed by LAW. They conveniently ignore the "OF LAW" part of this fundamental Right secured in our Constitutions.

The "OF LAW" part means that Court Officials, primarily Judicial Officials and Attorneys, as well as Clerks,
are subject to the Law that governs their positions of public trust.

The prevalent attitude among the majority of our Judicial Officials, and Attorneys employed in our government, is that they are ABOVE THE LAW. And, in practice, they have become so. It is time for us, the people, the public, the taxpayers who provide them with their income & benefits, to demand our servants in the Legislative and Executive Departments of government for our State hold the public servants operating in the Judicial Department of our government (our Courts) accountable to the Laws that govern their positions of public trust so that we may, once again, have our right, secured by our Constitutions, to DUE PROCESS OF LAW. So that LIBERTY may be preserved, and JUSTICE established.

Other GOALS for the Regular Session of 2009

The Right to Restitution for a Wrongful Imprisonment is an absolute, god-given, natural, common-law, fundamental, essential, substantive Right of every citizen of Texas. There is no greater threat to public safety that a State that is free to imprison its citizens with impunity. If there is no compensation for the citizen wrongfully imprisoned by the State, then there is no Liberty for ANY citizen of the State.

PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHT. Compensation for a Wrongful Imprisonment is a private property Right. A human comes into this world endowed by god with ownership of only two pieces of property. Their body (often referred to as their person) and their time. If the STATE (meaning government) can wrongfully take a person and their time, without compensation for the wrong, then the citizens of the State have been reduced to abject slavery. They have become the property of the State, and its Actors.

What is a wrongful imprisonment? Obviously, it is the imprisonment of a person for an offense for which they are not guilty of an offense stipulated in  law as a criminal offense. Some who pretend to serve us, and receive regular compensation from our taxes, are of the opinion every citizen of Texas is inherently guilty while those with a title of employment in our government are above reproach, incapable of doing any wrong. Their opinion is invalid and contrary to the Law of our Land of Texas.

LAW AND RELIGION in our LAND

We are dedicated to Promoting Americanism in America. In our Land of Texas these are Texas Values. Texas Values were established around 1836 with the Texas War for Independence. Ours is a political philosophy identical to Americanism. Both Texas Values and Americanism were brought into being by a blood sacrificed to the laws of nature and nature's God by the blessed Founders, the Law-Givers, who gave us the Organic Law for our Holy Land. Both stand on the foundation of self-evident truths. Truths revealed in the Bible and illuminated for us by the Christ.

First and foremost among the self-evident truths is the Truth that every human is endowed with inherent, inalienable, Rights. As inherent and inalienable, these Rights remain with the human person for eternity. No other person, artificial or real, can lawfully deprive a human of these Rights by ANY process of law of government. The Laws of Man do NOT create Rights. The Rights of the Individual are god-given. They come from the Laws of God. Human Laws, written in Constitutions, in Statutes made pursuant to a Parliament, Congress, or Legislature created by a Constitution, and private law between individuals known as a contract, secure Rights.

The Texas Declaration of Independence, dated March 2, 1836, referred to these rights as "inherent and inalienable" and of "inestimable value".

Our Mission is to advance the cause of AMERICANISM in the land of its Birth, known as the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, and TEXAS by educating and enlightening our people. Our people are ALL the people on the Land known as the 50 States and other territories our Nation has possession of. The Law-Givers for our Land of Texas gave the necessity for this in 1836:

it is an axiom in political science, that unless a people are educated and enlightened, it is idle to expect the continuance of civil liberty, or the capacity for self government. Texas Declaration of Independence; March 2, 1836.

Americanism is a political philosophy, a Religion, and THE LAW, in the Land known as the United States of America. There are many enemies of Americanism in our Country (our United States). Many, if not most, citizens of our Country, our United States, have been blinded by demagoguery (clever use of words). As a result, they do not recognize the enemies in their midst.
