Majority of our servants, executive and judicial Officers, acting under
title of Judge or Attorney, will treat you as a Fiction, and their Fictional
Titles as Real, to rob you and all of us.

The Judge treat you with dignity, in YOUR court, and will either administer
(apply) the law properly or be held accountable to you for dereliction of
their duty.
We reveal
the hidden implications of the rampant criminal dereliction of duty by the
judicial and executive Officers in OUR courts that have taken the Law away

What does it mean to You? Why should You Care?
All, as Human Persons, Citizens, taxpayers, lose even
if they never enter our Courtrooms. Regardless of how you, as an
individula, enter the courtroom, as a plaintiff or defendant,
in a civil or criminal case, you lose. Our
Justice System has been taken over by insiders for benefit of the Insiders.
Our Courts; operating under the pretense of Justice, and the Color of
Law in contravention of the Law, are robbing us, each and all, of our money, our safety,
our dignity, and the dignity of our nation.
We pay for OUR Courts. We must take them back.
Why Focus on Judges?
Our Government, both National and State, is comprised of three branches
designed to be a check on each other. The basic purpose of this design is to
secure the Rule of Law. That is; each branch is charged with a duty to hold
the other branches accountable to the Law. The anarchy we see in our society
today, the crime, the fraud, the failing of business & government, can all
be traced back to the Judicial Branch. Our Judges, through arrogance,
ignorance, and by succumbing to unethical motives, have replaced the Law with the
Color of Law converting the Law to serve Fictions of Law at the
Expense of both our Individual and Collective Freedom. When We the People join together to force our
Judges in OUR courts to honor
the duties of their titles; then, the laws passed by our representatives in the
Legislative Branch will have meaning and the Executive Branch will be made
responsible again for their proper role of enforcing that which has been
properly administered.
Why Focus on the Law?
The Law is the source of our cohesion. It unites us and enables the
peaceful cooperation of large numbers of people, as a society and a nation,
to work together for our mutual benefit and live together with both liberty
and security. Under All is the Law. For the United States, more so than any
other nation on Earth, the Law, beginning with the Constitution, is all
there is to truly unite us. It is the Foundation Rock. The
Declaration of Independence
enabled the creation of this Nation and is the mortar that
holds us together. It is the supreme Law of the Land. This Law, and all
under it, must be known, understood, and accessible to all.
The public has been led to believe it is too complicated and too difficult
and should be left in the trust of others. This has allowed it to be replaced with the
Color of Law that serves the special interest of individual members of some
select groups while denying equal justice to others.
Why Us?
Our Courts are failing us. All Courts in the Fifth Circuit have become
institutions of extortion and plunder for the benefit of a few at the
expense of the many.
What the judicial Officers (Justices/Judges) in
Our Fifth Circuit call "Law" is not law at all.
It is Fifth Circuit procedural policy and practice arrogantly placed above the
supreme Law of the land, the Constitution and
Acts of Congress, to serve the few that aided the Justices of Circuit to
secure their
position, but at the expense of the Many they are required, by Law, to serve
impartially regardless of social and/or economic status.
Most insiders have acquiesced to this injustice. What has become "the
system" has encouraged them, even forced them, to resign to accepting it as
"just the way it is". And why not? To fight it insures the wrath of others
it benefits! To go along means they continue to get profit while both liberty
and justice are lost in a system of justice colored with dishonor
recognized by the entire world.
It is now those who
have no scruples and play the system for all they can get that are the ones
most likely to become Judges! It is up to us to do something. We must
act now before our nation crumbles from the systemic rotting away of the
principles and ideals that made us the greatest nation in all of history.
