January
23, 2000 LOST
LIBERTY &
NETWORK FOR
JUSTICE
By name of Barbara S. Youngs, I
co-founded and served as president of an assembly
of victims of judicial fraud in bankruptcy court and probate court and
a few civil district court instances under a d/b/a filed December 7, 1989 in
name of NETWORK FOR
JUSTICE. For this, I have
LOST LIBERTY in my good name
and all liberty right to contract. This
is no exageration!
The first internal problem arose when certain persons interjected partisan politics
into our efforts at lobbying to
repeal the State Bar Act and court watching
for each other as hearings occurred. We
were protesting in front of the federal building long before Donna Ringo-Ringo
and Froggie set up camp at the Family Law Center.
I was personally instrumental in getting the Houston Chronicle through investigative
reporter Bob Sabulatura to do a four part series on bankruptcy activities
which led to a 20/20 TV report, severely watered down however.
We held a one day protest in San Antonio in front of the district court in the
morning and bankruptcy court in the afternoon. We did get press coverage,
an all important article in the San Antonio Express News (?)
which resulted
in our goal being achieved, i.e.
a U.S. Congressional hearing
before
Chair of House Judiciary Committee, jack Brooks who ordered a GAO investigation.
This was, however, narrowly focused and the report was scewed
and not one victim was made whole, save one, an Hispanic female with a power-broker
lawyer that was the only person called to appear before the committee.
All HOUSTON victims were ignored!I
I and my exempt homestead property are STILL under illegal custody of the Harris
County Statutory Probate Court, Judge Russell Austin, and the situation
has reached crisis point. I have
much information to contribute and
hope to recover from this long-term assault on my liberty right to contract
which began in 1983. I
HAVE NO LIBERTY RIGHTS WHATSOEVER AND THE
JUDICIAL HIT ON ME CAN BE VIEWED ON
THE WEB PAGE OF THE U.S. FIFTH CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS, CASE 95-20256.
God Bless you in your much needed service. Barbara
