IT’S YOUR
PROPERTY SECURED BY LAW
Or is it ?
Do you care about
Property Rights?
You have worked hard to earn an income and acquire some assets. Do you know
your property may be illegally taken from you at any time? Most
shockingly of all these thefts are very likely to be committed by the very people you are paying to protect your
property!
Our experiences are good examples
but not the only ones.
More on that later. First what are Property Rights?
It is your right to own property.
This has been a long cherished right in the US. Other nations like the Former
Soviet Union do not recognize this right. All property is owned by the State
and anything you have, home – car – furniture, etc., is for use only with
their permission.
IS THIS WHAT YOU
WANT ?
In nations with Ruling Military Juntas
there is not a lot of difference. Sure; Some people have a lot of property.
They are part of the “Ruling Class” and ‘in with the Regime’. The majority of
the people live in poverty. Examples of this are widespread throughout the
world.
The US is headed in this direction. How and why? Because of another long
cherished principle in the US is rapidly being eroded.
That is the Rule of Law.

The Rule of Law
secures your property rights. The Laws protect you and keeps what
is yours from being taken from you by arbitrary
authority. In South American countries, in Indonesia and the like,
the law is disregarded by those in power. You may be a part of the wealthy
elite but when a new regime takes over you may quickly lose it all. A good
example was Chile under Pinochet and Argentina during the “dirty war” when
the nation was under the grip of a Military dictatorship. A more recent
example is Pakistan where many of the wealthy elite found their assets
seized, arbitrarily, after a Military coup.
Only the RULE OF LAW protects
all.
A
“coup de tat” has taken place in America. This is particularly true in Texas.
Today the police in Texas can arbitrarily take your property any time
they so desire. Prosecutors and Judges assist them. What
happened to us are good examples. You may be a law-abiding citizen
operating a business under the terms of contracts written by the State. All
it takes is a complaint by a business competitor that is “in with the Regime”, or maybe has given a
small bribe to an Assistant DA, and suddenly your contract, and all the laws
on the book in the State of Texas, are not worth the paper they are written
on.
You don’t believe it can happen
here?
It did and it does
