At our recent meeting the rallies scheduled for Dallas and Austin were discussed. At issue is how much participation and control of these rallies will be exercised from our coalition in Houston. Some are very eager and willing to invest some of their resources in these cities while others believe it may be best to delegate control and responsibility for these rallies to those who live in the area.
