The first faults are theirs that commit them,
the second, theirs that permit them.

This page is dedicated to--and written for--those interested in working to create a Government Reformed in Attitude, Service, and Policy; a process that I call GRASP.

As grammar and high school students, most of us didn't learn anything that we use as a matter of daily course. We graduated from high school, got a job, and had to have a tax preparer file our first 1040 EZ because we weren't even taught to prepare the simplest of tax returns. We will be faced with issues of employment, business and tax law all of our lives, but we were taught nothing of these concepts and principles during the most crutial years of our learning ability. Most people have no idea how a bill becomes a law, how to write correspondence to federal and state representatives or to even complete a simple complaint when victimized by a consumer agency. Those who do not vote have no idea of the impact their lack of interest will have on the future of our nation; and yet they profess to know that the Electoral College is violative of the Democratic process. We weren't taught about referendum, Initiative petition, recall and the right of redress. We weren't taught these things, because we were learning how to diagram sentences, balance chemical equations, or work out complex mathematical formulas, tasks, I dare say, that we rarely apply in the "real life" scenario that we were told we were being prepared for. We were brainwashed into believing this nation is a Democracy while paying homage to our flag and pledging allegiance to the "Republic, for which it stands."

An overwhelming majority of us, at some time in our lives, will face circumstances where a misunderstanding of the law could have drastic consequence, and our "ignorance" of procedure and remedy will not relieve us of culpability or responsibility. Since the best way to teach is to learn, and the best way to learn is to teach, I created this WebSite for those of us who are serious about working to investigate and remedy entrenched judicial prejudice, law enforcement corruption, and to act to remove the cancer that has consumed our national intellect and will.

As you entered this site, you may have heard a banging sound. This is an actual recording of the U.S. Supreme Court being gaveled to session; however, on this page, it is meant to represent a call to adjourn with "Old-school" politics, financially influenced legislation, prejudice and eroneous adjudication, and a wide-spread failure of government in general.
It is time for city attorneys, counsel members, commissioners, municipal leaderships, and individuals at all levels of our Republic to embrace local and national problems and to remove irresponsibility, unaccountability, and unethical/immoral practice from the offices of the executors of our nation's trust.
It can be done.

It is my hope that, in providing you with the texts of U.S. documentation; links to government institutions, agencies, programs, and assistance; judicial arenas and legal research facilities; digests of police and corporate abuse; government watch coalitions and groups; online book servers, search engines, research tools, people and business finders, white and yellow pages, and government agency directories, you will find information to help you in exercising your right to all constitutional and legislative provisions and processes.
Only through a knowledge of law and social civics, can we hope to hold our leaders to the standards set forth in the texts of our country's living documents.

Men and women, serving abroad through our armed forces and peace-keeping co-ops defend American beliefs and freedom every hour of every day, many times compelled into protecting that freedom through the carelessness and alterior motives of misguided and uninformed government interest. Let's make sure that they're not defending citizen complacency and negligence as well.

think that judicial, police, and government corruption is not wide spread? Or, perhaps you need a more compelling reason to get involved?
Then use the "digest" link in the top window of this page to read about police, judicial, and corporate abuses against humanity.
