If a government operating on our Land of Texas can deny restitution for your property, when it has admitted to unlawfully taking it, including by damage and destruction; then we have:

  • No Liberty,

  • No Justice, &

  • No Private Property Rights

In our Land known as Texas. Our government presently claims immunity for it's unlawful takings.

The Intent for Constitutions and Laws is to protect you from the King, or the State, or government by whatever name it is known. If there is no Restitution, then there is no Protection. The Law becomes a false promise, a suggestion that may be disregarded by government (aka, the King / the State)

CAPITALISM vs. COMMUNISM

The difference has nothing to do with protecting private property from theft by another person.
