Judge Stone has received numerous awards for excellence and community service including the 1993 Women of Excellence award; Dean's List at Law school and College; and is an active parent in Boy Scouts and the local Civic Club. Judge Stone is the mother of one son on the Honor Roll and is a frequent speaker at the local and state Bar seminars. |

The sworn affidavits allege that Judge Stone:
Has on at least two (2) occasions engaged in "EXPARTE" HEARINGS, in her court, which is strictly forbidden and grounds for removal from the bench.
Has engaged in illegal hearings in her court in a case where she had no jurisdiction to hold hearings, and is grounds for removal from the bench.
Has falsified a court document to the District Clerk’s office, in order to help two (2) of her lawyer patrons to EVADE payment of taxes due to the Internal Revenue Service
Another litigant recently charged Judge Stone with refusing to let her case go to trial after THREE years, refused to rule on Summary judgments and then RESIGNED from the case, citing that she was under "REELECTION CAMPAIGN PRESSURE" and could not conduct a trial. Judge Stone considers her personal affairs more important than abusing a litigant by refusing a trial, and causing lawyers fees to soar, waiting to see if the Judge wins or loses her reelection bid.
The ultimate insult to citizens is Judge Stone’s refusal to allow a deceptive trade practice suit to proceed in her court against her lawyer friends. OUT WITH THIS TYRANT. REFORM THE 55TH STATE DISTRICT COURT,
clean out the 55th state district court……………
